Two Vancouver teens were injured Monday afternoon in a crash along state Highway 500 in east Clark County.
Two Vancouver teens were injured Monday afternoon in a crash along state Highway 500 in east Clark County. Manika Southavilay, 18, was driving a Toyota Avalon south on Northeast 160th Avenue in the Heritage Neighborhood. She turned left, to head east on state Highway 500, in front of a westbound Kia Amanti driven by Aurora Sackos, 17. The two cars collided, temporarily blocking the roadway. One of the drivers was found trapped inside her vehicle. Southavilay and Sackos were both transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. Southavilay was cited by the State Patrol for failing to yield the right of way.
