The man has been identified by authorities but his name was not released because his family has not been notified of his condition, Trooper Will Finn said.

The man was not wearing a seat belt, according to WSP. He was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. The memo did not identify him.

The driver was driving his red 1993 Lincoln two-door down the onramp from east state Highway 500 to southbound I-105 when he lost control and struck the onramp barrier. The vehicle flipped and landed on its top. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
