One dead in two vehicle crash near Colfax
According to the Washington State Patrol, a 1998 Toyota Camry, driven by Sammuel Thompson, 20, of Colfax was northbound on SR 195 at Albion Road when his vehicle crossed the centerline and hit a 2012 Peterbilt semi-truck head on in the southbound lane.

“This is really about saving lives,” Pullman Police Chief Gary Jenkins said Wednesday. “In a split second, your life, and your family's life and your friend's life can change forever.”
Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene while the semi driver was uninjured.
