Lopez Luis and his four passengers, Proto Salgado Piza, 29, of Royal City; Juan Salgado Piza, 23, or Royal City; and Everardo Lopez Ramirez, 26, of Moses Lake, all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
