The Washington State Patrol said one man is dead after losing control and flipping his vehicle as he tried to pass another car on Monday.
A man was heading southbound on State Route 211 when he passed another vehicle at high speed. His vehicle then exited the road, flipped, and traveled down an embankment before catching fire. Police will release the man's identity once his family has been notified.
