The driver has been charged with DUI and reckless driving, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Mohammed Alshuwaier, 26, was involved in a single-vehicle accident when he was driving a white 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse westbound on State Route 270 at a high rate of speed, drifted off the shoulder, and traveled into a field, rolling several times. Alshuwaier was injured and transported to Pullman Memorial Hospital.
