Car crashes into Spokane River

The men then walked to her house where they called 911.

Police are investigating whether or not drugs or alcohol were involved.

The actual cause of the accident is unclear, but it has been reported that a car containing two men drove into the Spokane River, and that the men were able to get themselves out and weren't seriously injured. They first attempted to flag down passing drivers for help, but when no one would stop they ended up walking to one of their houses to contact emergency services.
