Witnesses and evidence at the scene indicated one vehicle was traveling east on Thurston at a high speed and drove through stop sign at Regal. The vehicle collided with a vehicle headed south on Regal.

Marzoog’s neighbor and friend, Abdi Mohamed, said Marzoog immigrated from Iraq with his mother, brother and sister a few years ago.
