Troopers say 52-year old Josephine Tews was driving eastbound on Interstate-82 just west of Benton City around 6:30 Tuesday morning. A witness says Tews started to go off the road, over-corrected, then rolled multiple times landing onto the shoulder of the westbound lanes.
