19-year-old killed, four teens in hospital after wreck
State troopers responded to the two-vehicle wreck near SR 12 at MP 308, 15 miles east of Pasco at about 2:45 a.m. Officials said Gavin Foster, 19, was driving westbound on SR 12 and crossed the center line, striking an eastbound vehicle carrying four teens.
