A 20-year-old Gig Harbor man was injured Friday afternoon when his car struck a jersey barrier and rolled over on Interstate 90, according to the Washington State Patrol. Quintin Carlson was driving west at about 3:15 p.m. when his 2007 Toyota Corolla struck jersey barrier on left, about 20 miles west of Cle Elum, the state patrol said.
