Wesley Miller, 26, was driving a 2011 grey Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound at 6:50 p.m. when another vehicle entered his lane and he swerved to avoid it, according to the Washington State Patrol. Miller’s vehicle left the roadway and traveled down an embankment before crashing.
