Yakima man hurt when dump trailer strikes overpass
Cook was wearing a seat belt, and intoxicants were not suspected of contributing to the crash, the news release said.
Cook was driving a truck that was pulling a dump truck trailer on I-82, when the trailer somehow came up and struck an overpass. The collision injured Cook, who was transported to the hospital. Police say that he will likely be cited for negligent driving.
