Former state rep hurt in car crash

Hinkle’s 2009 Honda Fit was damaged in the crash, and removed by D&M Towing. WSP said Thursday night charges may be pending.

Hinkle was just exiting I-82 and entering I-90 when he allegedly fell asleep and his car departed the roadway on the left, re-entered the roadway, and then veered off to the left a second time before coming to rest off of the roadway. Hinkle was injured and hospitalized from the crash, but no further details were available.

A serious car accident can quickly take over your life. Dealing with doctor appointments, losing pay from work, and worrying about your physical and financial future all take a toll. It is important to take charge of the situation and begin the process of recovering from a car accident or personal injury claim.
