Former state rep hurt in car crash
Hinkle’s 2009 Honda Fit was damaged in the crash, and removed by D&M Towing. WSP said Thursday night charges may be pending.
Hinkle was just exiting I-82 and entering I-90 when he allegedly fell asleep and his car departed the roadway on the left, re-entered the roadway, and then veered off to the left a second time before coming to rest off of the roadway. Hinkle was injured and hospitalized from the crash, but no further details were available.
