18-month-old boy killed when father accidentally hits him with car in driveway in Grandview, Washington

Police say no charges will be recommended against the 28-year-old father. They say he did not see the boy leave the house and did not notice him in front of the vehicle as he pulled forward.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports that Grandview police performed CPR on the 18-month-old boy who was later pronounced dead at PMH Hospital in Prosser.
