Villa, along with passengers Alejandra Morfin Ixtas, 20, and Jacqueline M. Garcia, 19, both of Sunnyside, were taken to PMH Medical Center in Prosser.
At around 8:25am, a car with Vila as the driver and Ixtas and Garcia as passengers hit a guardrail and rolled down an embankment, injuring all three women. All the victims were transported to PMH Medical Center.
