Morgan was wearing his seat belt and neither drugs nor alcohol are suspected in the crash, the State Patrol said.
At about 1:15pm, Morgan was driving on I-82 when he fell asleep and crashed his vehicle. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries, but has already been treated and released. He has been cited for negligent driving.
