State Patrol: Driver fled injury accident

The van’s driver fled the scene, but was later arrested, the State Patrol said in a news release.
It was just before 3:00pm when Farris headed south on Highway 97, and as he got to the intersection with Larue Road, a van travelling east on it ran a stop sign and collided with his car. The van's driver, who has now been arrested and identified as Dominguez, fled the scene of the accident, and the state patrol has said that intoxicants were a factor in this accident. Farris was injured, but he has already been treated at the hospital and released. A third person, Santos Dominguez Alejo, 27, was a passenger in the van and was not injured.
