Walla Walla man declared dead a week after crash
A Walla Walla man died Wednesday night a week after suffering injuries in a rollover crash north of Walla Walla. A passer-by found Juan Gil de la Torre, 30, lying outside the vehicle on Lower Waitsburg Road between Ferris and Miller roads about 2:45 a.m. on June 29.
