The crash reportedly happened when a suburban driving westbound and a Tahoe traveling eastbound collided in the center of the road, according to the WSP. The driver of the Suburban, a 44-year-old Dayton woman, was transported to Providence St. Mary Medical Center where she died of her injuries.
