Woman injured in White Swan accident dies
A Kansas woman injured in a car accident near White Swan earlier this week died Christmas evening at a Yakima hospital.
Theresa Knutson, 43, from Leavenworth, Kansas, was transported to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center last Monday after her car crashed about a mile north of White Swan. Knutson was turning off Branch Road onto White Swan Road lost control of her 1996 Lexus, which rolled over but ended up positioned on its wheels. She died at 10:22 p.m. Thursday night at the hospital. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.
