Two injured after Lynnwood driver rolls car off I-82
State Patrol cited driving with wheels off the roadway as the cause and is still investigating whether charges should be recommended against Nguyen.
Thinh Nguyen, 24, of Lynnwood, was traveling westbound on Interstate 82 north of Yakima, when his vehicle exited the roadway, hit the guardrail, and rolled. Both Nguyen and his passenger, Tram Lam, 22, of Seattle, were transported to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center, and were discharged Sunday afternoon. Both people were wearing their seatbelts, and drugs or alcohol were not involved in the crash.
