UPDATE: Victim identified in fatal hit and run in Bluewell
The victim, Katrina Davis, 35, of Bluewell died shortly before 8 p.m. on Thursday.
The driver, identified as Aubie Neal East III, also of Bluewell, was traveling northbound on Route 52 in Bluewell when he struck Davis.
