Tenn. woman killed, 4 injured in wrong-way wreck in W.Va.

The Florida driver also was injured. His name hasn't been released.

Media reports state 43-year-old Rafael Herrera was arrested and charged after he was released from the hospital.

A Tennessee woman was killed and four other people injured when an SUV going the wrong way collided with a car head-on on the West Virginia Turnpike. The crash happened midday Sunday near the Ghent toll booth in Raleigh County, when an SUV driven by a Florida man pulled off the highway, then re-entered the highway going the wrong direction. The SUV swerved past several cars before it hit the vehicle driven by Lisa McCormick of Knoxville, Tennessee. McCormick died and three children in the car sustained injuries. Their conditions are not known at the time of this report.
