State Police believe boy killed by arrow accidental, but juvenile could be charged
State Police said Caleb Fairchild, 15, was playing "dodging arrows" with a group of three teens in in the yard of a home near the Boone/Logan line Saturday night. An arrow struck Fairchild in the head and killed him.
Fairchild was an eighth-grader at Chapmanville Middle School, where there are counselors and a pastor on site Monday talking with students.
