5 NEWS UPDATE: Man in Fair Condition After Barbour Co. Accident

Gary Gene Harris II is at Ruby Memorial Hospital after an accident in Philippi Monday. Police say Harris is being charged with driving a suspended license, but there's no word on the cause of the crash at this time or Harris' condition.
According to fire officials, Harris was coming out of town and instead of turning off onto Union Road he went straight, jumped a curb, went across the lot of Mace's Pharmacy, and didn't stop until hitting Fox's Pizza. The wall of the restaurant supposedly has a lot of damage, but the vehicle didn't travel clear through the wall. Latest updates indicate that Harris is in fair condition.
