A preliminary investigation shows a 22-year-old woman from Madison was traveling north on Highway 151, lost control on the slippery highway and entered the southbound lane of traffic, according to a press release from the Calumet Sheriff’s Department. The woman’s vehicle struck head-on a delivery truck driven by a 27-year-old Fond du Lac man. The man, along with a 27-year male passenger from Eldorado, were uninjured, according to the press release.
