Police: Pedestrian struck, driver suspected of 3rd OWI
A Waunakee man suspected of striking a pedestrian is also suspected of third-offense operating while intoxicated, according to a release from DeForest police.

Benjamin E. Wealti was arrested after striking and injuring a pedestrian on West North Street, then driving into an active construction area and getting stuck in a ditch. He was charged with another third-offense OWI in April that is still pending.
