Officials identify man killed in Rock County car crash
The Wisconsin State Patrol said the crash happened on I-43 near Clinton.
Investigators said Sowinski was seen driving his SUV erratically, weaving back and forth at a high speed. They said he hit another vehicle driven by a 54-year-old woman from Walworth. She suffered non life-threatening injuries.
