What I do not understand is why the Sauk County deputy came to the UW Hospital TLC unit to serve papers (pertaining to the accident)on Marc who was fighting for his life?! Talk about insult to injury. I can only hope that word travels and this deputy feels some form of guilt based on the fact that some things can wait and that the love and support of the family and friends who were around Marc was interrupted by his "Uniformed Ignorance". I would have felt like I shit myself on a city bus walking in there with black and whites to serve on an unconscious person in front of his family! Putting it mildly, this deputy is "simple" so-to-speak.
