Hit-and-run driver cited for hitting pedestrian near Madison College
Madison Police say a 19-year-old woman was hurt when she was hit by a vehicle while crossing Anderson Street near Madison College. Police say the driver drove off, but was later found thanks to witnesses who saw it happen. 41-year-old Rachel Marks was cited for hit-and-run, no driver's license, and running through a red light.
