Investigators say a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan crossed the center line and struck a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. The 80-year-old driver of the Mercury was taken by MedFlight to the UW Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office is releasing the name of the woman who died in a car crash in the Town of Oregon Saturday. The medical examiner's office says 80-year-old Audriene Smith died when her car was hit head-on by a minivan.
