According to the report, Ashley N. Bauer, 27, of Hedrick, Iowa, was driving a white 2012 Dodge Ram truck pulling a horse trailer, hyeaded north on Highway 151. At the intersection of Highway 151 and Clay Hollow Road the truck struck the driver’s side of a black Volkswagen Jetta. James L. Smucker was driving the Jetta and 66-year-old Orpha Smucker was a passenger in the car.

James Smucker was pronounced dead at the scene. Orpha Smucker was taken by Med Flight helicopter to UW Hospital in Madison, where she died Wednesday.
