1 killed, 3 injured in T-bone crash in Dodge County, officials say

A 2003 GMC truck was going north on County Road P, and a 2008 Kia was going east on County Road O, investigators said. The Kia did not yield the right of way at the stop sign to the GMC and hit the left side of the GMC, causing the GMC to flip over.

Rawlins served as a former president of the Oconomowoc Festival of the Arts. His lengthy involvement with the show began with him exhibiting his work, and later he became involved in volunteering his time to help set up the event, along with Hasselkus.

His artwork is enjoyed in many communities. In Waukesha, his bronze sculptures of three bears are on permanent display along the banks of the Fox River.
