At the hospital, Ruohonen was cited for homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and placed under arrest. A blood test was done.

26-year-old Levi Ruohonen on Monday, December 4th pleaded no contest to two charges — two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle (second+). He was then remanded into custody pending his sentencing hearing, which is set for February 23rd.
