32-year-old woman seriously injured, airlifted to hospital, 3-year-old boy, 6-year-old girl, 69-year-old man injured, transported to hospital, after a two-car head-on crash at the intersection of County H and Highway 144 near Farmington.

Four people, including two children were injured Thursday afternoon in a vehicle crash in the Town of Farmington.
The crash occurred about 4 p.m. at County H and Highway 144, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
A 32-year-old Milwaukee woman was driving west on County H when she crossed the center line and hit an eastbound car driven by a 69-year-old Farmington man. The woman's children, a 6-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy, also were in the car at the crash.
The 69-year-old man and the two children were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital near West Bend for treatment, while the 32-year-old woman was taken by helicopter to Froedtert Hospital.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted by fire departments from Kewaskum, West Bend and Boltonville. The crash remained under investigation Friday.
