One killed, one arrested in Friday morning crash near Milwaukee Street and Wisconsin Ave
The crash happened near Milwaukee Street and Wisconsin Avenue around 12:19 a.m. Officials said a 48-year-old woman was driving and a 40-year-old woman was in the passenger seat when their vehicle hit the railings at the Hop station on Milwaukee Street.

The medical examiner's report says the driver was "uncooperative" at the scene, but admitted drinking and smoking marijuana prior to the crash. She was taken into custody.
