Deputies: Speed appears to be a factor in fatal Racine County crash

Sheriff's officials said two young men have died in a one-vehicle crash in Racine County. Authorities said the victims, ages 20 and 22, were thrown from the vehicle when it crashed in the town of Dover about 5 a.m. Tuesday. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies said speed appears to be a factor when the vehicle left the road, struck a culvert, became airborne and struck a tree and a power pole.
