Semi-trailer truck overturns in high winds on Outer Driver in Casper, Wyoming

The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning in the Casper area and across central and southern Wyoming through 11PM tonight. With earlier reports of winds in excess of 67 MPH along Outer Drive in southern Casper, a high profile-light weight vehicle advisory was posted by the Wyoming Department of Transportation. At approximately 7:45 this morning, this tractor truck and trailer was blown over along Outer Drive, WY258, just east of the McKinley Street intersection.
