52-year-old Grady Gossett was headed north on Seymour Street, and was just about to turn onto main street at about 6:10 p.m. when a speeding southbound van crossed the center line and t-boned his vehicle. The man in the van then exited his vehicle and ran, leaving Gossett dead at the scene. With the help of a helicopter and search dogs, the suspect was eventually found.

Daniel Ethan Stamper was driving on Tates Creek Road at high speed when his vehicle clipped another vehicle, then was t-boned by a third. Stamper died at the scene due to blunt force trauma. Stamper was not wearing a seat belt.

Erik Refvik was driving on Martine Ave when he allegedly turned the wrong way onto South Lexington, a one-way street. He then allegedly T-boned a Honda carrying newspaper delivery person Reyda La Madrid and Edgar Lopez as they were crossing South Lexington Avenue. Refvik's vehicle continued on South Lexington Avenue after the collisions, pushing the Honda about 200 feet down the road and trapping both La Madrid and Lopez inside. La Madrid was pronounced dead at the scene, and Lopez was taken to the hospital with internal and upper body injuries.

At about 1:15am, Theodore Redmon, 29, was caught speeding at 79 mph on Apple Avenue. As he was approaching Mill Iron Road, he suddenly slammed on the brakes and veered off to the right, striking both a telephone pole and parked car with a female driver and male passenger, both 24. The woman is still hospitalized with critical injuries, while the man remains in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

A Panama City Beach woman is dead and a man is charged with vehicular homicide after a car accident Saturday afternoon in Panama City Beach. 23-year-old Adam Bailey was driving westbound on Beach Dr., approaching the intersection with Upas St, failed to stop at the stop sign, and hit another vehicle coming through the intersection, resulting in the fatality. Bailey was arrested on scene and charged.
