According to BCSO, two vehicles were racing when one of them t-boned Father Graham Golden’s car as it was pulling out of the Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey.

Jayme Fuller, spokeswoman for the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, said MPs responded to the crash on Coors SW south of Pajarito around 9:30 p.m. She said Golden was turning north from the abbey entrance to Coors when he and Romero were hit by a vehicle traveling south.
