A 30-year-old woman and her two children were injured during a crash with a milk truck in the Town of Mosel, authorities said. The crash occurred about 10 a.m. Friday at the intersection of County Y and County FF where the milk truck apparently failed to stop for a stop sign, according to a Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office news release. Tara Kutney of Sheboygan Falls, was taken by helicopter to Theda Clark Hospital in Neenah and her two children, Jeriah, 4 , and Samara, 1, were taken to a St. Nicholas Hospital for minor injuries, officials said.

A suspected drunken driver has been arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter in the death of a 27-year-old woman who was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Del Mar, authorities said Saturday. Rachel Anne Morrison and a friend were walking eastbound in a crosswalk at the intersection of Camino Del Mar and Coast Boulevard about 10:15 p.m. Friday when Christopher Stockmeyer, 41, allegedly ran a stop sign and struck her at a high rate of speed, according to sheriff's officials and the county Medical Examiner's Office.

Emergency responders were called to the scene of a second JCPS bus crash Friday morning. One Waggener High School student was transported to a hospital, complaining of a neck injury after bus #0690 was sideswiped by a car at Shelbyville Road and Bramton Road around 6:30 a.m. The other 25 people aboard the bus refused treatment. Another JCPS bus crash around the same time Friday morning sent a handful of children to Kosair Children's Hospital with bumps and bruises.

A landscaper, later identified as Octavio Herrera, 61, is in critical condition after he was hit by a pickup truck in a chain-reaction crash in the east Valley Wednesday morning. Police said a 17-year-old Mustang driver, who was street racing with another teen, blew through a stop sign and hit the exterminator's pickup near 52nd Street and Earll Drive at about 8 a.m. The crash sent the truck and its 27-year-old driver through a block wall, hitting a landscaper, who was mowing a lawn. The driver of the pickup was hurt but is expected to be OK.

The band director at a high school in Jackson suffered fatal injuries in a crash with a school bus. Police said Michael Congiardo's car ran a red light and hit the bus Friday afternoon. He was leaving a school function at Madison Academic Magnet High School, where he is the band director. A man who saw Congiardo before the crash said the car also hit a fence. "I asked him if he was all right," said Dr. Keith Taylor, a Jackson physician. "He told me he was, and then he shot down the street and ran a red light."

A Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school bus with more than two dozen students on board was involved in a collision Wednesday morning. The two-vehicle collision happened around 6:50 a.m. at the intersection of West Clemmonsville Road and Ebert Road. No one was injured. Bus #472 was going south on West Clemmonsville Road when an SUV ran a red traffic light and hit the bus, Winston-Salem police said. The SUV driver was cited for a stop light violation. The bus was carrying 26 students at the time of the collision.

An Arlington County snowplow driver who was caught on camera driving the wrong way was cited by police for causing an accident in the county on the same day. Arlington County Police said the 51-year-old driver was traveling south on S. Monroe Street around 9:18 a.m. Tuesday when he ignored a stop sign and went through an intersection, striking a Toyota Highlander. The Highlander, which was traveling eastbound on S. 18th Street, then struck two parked vehicles. The snowplow driver was given a ticket for disregarding a stop sign. No one was injured.

A 90-year-old woman who was a passenger in a car that was struck by a truck in midtown last month died Tuesday. Dorothy Hill died of complications from her injuries in the March 13 crash that occurred shortly before 11:30 a.m. at East Speedway and North Catalina Avenue, just east of North Columbus Boulevard, said Sgt. Chris Widmer, a Tucson Police Department spokesman. A 60-year-old man was driving the 1983 Chevrolet truck north on Catalina, and failed to yield from the stop sign at Speedway, causing the crash with a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser that was traveling west on Speedway, Widmer said.

A driver ran a red light at Columbus Drive and Nebraska Avenue intersection in Tampa and hit a school security officer's car, Tampa Police officers said. The driver didn't stop after the crash. School Security Officer Alejandro Claudio, 41, was going south on Nebraska Avenue when he was hit on the passenger's side by the suspect's 2003 silver Infinity SUV at the intersection with East Columbus Drive. The Infinity ran the red light and kept going after the hit. The security officer suffered minor injuries and was taken to Tampa General Hospital for observation.

A man and woman were behind bars after a high-speed police chase ended with a crash in southwest Salt Lake County early Thursday morning. West Jordan police Sgt. Dan Roberts said the chase began at 7800 S. Redwood Road, where police say the woman driver blew through a red light. The ensuing pursuit wound through residential areas and eventually onto Bangerter Highway, where the car ended up going the wrong way.
