The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has now identified all four people killed when the SUV they were riding in rolled over near downtown early Monday morning.

Stella Sanchez, 50, was named as a victim Wednesday after authorities notified her next of kin.

The medical examiner's office has previously said that Juanita Villarreal, 46, Jesus Ramos Niño, 44, and Jose Luis Hernandez, 36, also died in the 2:15 a.m. crash on the ramp connecting Interstate 35 to eastbound Interstate 10.

Two men are dead from a road rage incident, San Antonio police said Friday. Officers were called to the scene of the fatal car crash on San Pedro Avenue, just north of Basse Road, Friday around 2 p.m. A witness stated that the drivers of a silver Acura and a white Crown Victoria were racing at high speeds on San Pedro. The passenger in the Acura, who was hanging outside of the vehicle's window, was arguing with the driver of the Crown Victoria and at some point, fell out of the car near San Pedro and Avenue Del Rey.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrested a driver early Tuesday who hit another vehicle and a bus stop before leading a deputy on a chase.

The deputy was driving south on McCullough Avenue just before 2:30 a.m. when he tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, according to the sheriff's office. The vehicle almost hit another vehicle, and it had no headlights and severe front-end damage, according to deputies.

A rollover accident on northbound I-35 has claimed the lives of two children.

The crash was reported just after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at mile marker 142 near Von Ormy.

According to the San Antonio Fire Department, there were 5 passengers -- three adults and two children -- inside the Chevy Tahoe when it flipped over near a concrete barricade.

A 4-year-old died at the scene of the crash. Police said a 3-year-old became trapped under the vehicle and was transported to an area hospital.

A mother and son escaped a pick up truck that plowed into their home in west San Antonio Wednesday night.

According to police, someone driving a SUV in the 5200 block of Hemphill hit a curb. Investigators said the SUV slammed into a white pick-up truck pushing it into a house.

A woman and a child were in a bed inside the house. Police said the two went flying across the room but were not injured.

Witnesses claim the SUV’s driver attempted to flee the scene.

SAPD was checking to determine if alcohol was a factor and if criminal charges will be filed.

A FedEx driver, identified as Brandon Joseph Biagas, 39, was killed in a fiery crash on N.W. Loop 410 early Wednesday morning, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

Witnesses told investigators that the driver was swerving on the road when the truck hit a beam under I-10 west and caught fire around 3:45 a.m.

According to SAFD, the truck was fully engulfed in flames and the driver was dead by the time crews arrived on scene.

Firefighters said the smoke was so black and heavy that visibility on the I-10 overpass was very limited.

A man was taken by helicopter ambulance to San Antonio Military Medical Center hospital after a tractor-trailer he was driving spun out late Tuesday on Southeast Loop 410 near the Sinclair Road exit.

Local firefighters were called to the northwest side of San Antonio after receiving reports of a vehicle wrecking into a home in the 6500 block of Spring Branch, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

Witnesses at the scene stated that a 9-year-old girl was being taught how to drive by a woman inside the vehicle just before the wreck.

Police said a 2-year-old boy was sitting on a couch inside the home when the car tore through the living room. A 10-month-old infant was also inside the home at the time and was transported to an area hospital.

A driver was killed after he reportedly rammed a highway support beam Monday morning.

The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. on Martin Luther King Drive under the I-10 overpass. Police said a female passenger was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in serious condition. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.

Just after 6 p.m. a Suburban was going northbound on the access road of Loop 410 and Old Pearsall Road. After crossing the intersection, the man and woman in the front two seats were seen arguing by a witness, according to police.

Police said the same witness said they saw the vehicle swerving in and out of traffic before the driver, later indentified as Rigaberto Morales, lost control and the vehicle rolled.
