The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a man and woman who died when the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a car Saturday in west Bexar County.

Lucy Borrego, 52, and Adam Basquez, 51, died at the scene of the crash on U.S. 90 and Melcher Lane.

Basquez, who was operating the motorcycle, turned in front of a sedan at the intersection at about 12:30 a.m.

A woman driving the sedan was cited for not having a valid Texas driver's license on hand.

SAN ANTONIO -- Authorities have released the identity of the teen who was struck and killed by a train Thursday while walking along the tracks.

Mark Farley, 16, had his headphones in when he was fatally hit by the northbound train, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

SAN ANTONIO — A motorcyclist from New Braunfels who died Wednesday night after being thrown from his bike has been identified.

DPS Trooper Gerald Rogers said Darrell Graves, 55, was killed after being struck by a truck just before 10 p.m.

The woman killed in a hit-and-run Saturday on the East Side has been identified as Lydia Mendoza, 52.

Police were called after 9:30 p.m. to the 7100 block of FM 78, near Lakeview Drive, to find Mendoza lying unconscious on the right shoulder next to the road.

Shattered glass and debris were found nearby. Police said Monday they did not know who hit Mendoza, or what vehicle the person was driving.

Mendoza died at the scene of the crash.

Deputies have released the name of a man who died in a rollover accident on Highway 16 Saturday. Deputies said 61-year-old Fernando Salazar died after rolling his dump truck in far Northwest Bexar County Saturday morning.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's office identified a pedestrian who died after being hit by two cars on the city's East Side on Friday.

Harold Johnson, 74, was pronounced dead in the 4000 block of Interstate 10 after he was hit by two vehicles while crossing the highway early Friday.

The medical examiner's office ruled the death an accident.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a man who died Tuesday night after being struck by a car on the West Side.

Noe Rosas, 65, was crossing Highway 151 at Loop 1604 just before 9 p.m. when a car headed south on Loop 1604 slammed into him.

Rosas was pronounced dead at the scene.

Several witnesses told police that the driver had a green light when the accident occurred.

Police said alcohol did not seem to be a factor in the crash. The San Antonio Police Department will continue to investigate the incident.

A man died in a fiery crash late Tuesday night in San Antonio. But before emergency crew arrived, a few good Samaritans tried to save him.

The accident happened on the access road of eastbound Interstate 10, between Medical Drive and Callaghan Road.

Investigators said the victim was speeding and lost control of his truck as he was exiting the highway. The vehicle hit a utility box before rolling over and landing in a grassy section of the median. Then it burst into flames, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

A man killed early Thursday when he crashed into an 18-wheeler has been identified as Warren Kadrmas, 44.

Kadrmas was driving south on Interstate 35 between Walzem and Eisenhauer roads around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, police said. An 18-wheeler in front of Kadrmas slowed down because of traffic and highway construction, but Kadrmas did not brake and crashed into the truck.

Kadrmas died at the scene from injuries to his chest, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.

No charges are pending and police say alcohol was not involved in the crash.

A pedestrian was struck and killed at U.S. 281 and Mogford Road shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.
Bexar County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was headed southbound on U.S. 281 near county line when a man darted out in front of his car deputies said.
The driver did not see him, and struck him. The driver then stopped to render him aid, as did other witnesses, deputies said.
While the driver and witnesses were attempting to render aid to the victim, another car hit him.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
