The Florida Highway Patrol said several teens were injured after the truck they were riding in the bed of struck a home Sunday afternoon.
Troopers said the accident happened just before noon at 7444 Kalani Street.
Yan Santiago, 16, was driving when he failed to make a turn on Kalani Street. Santiago lost control of the truck after he tried to overcompensate and hit the home.
Troopers said Santiago suffered only minor injuries, but four other teens riding in the back of his truck suffered more severe injuries.
Two people were killed early Sunday in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 98 North in Lakeland.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:15 a.m. on a two-lane stretch between Rockridge and Socrum Loop roads.

One man died and a woman was injured after a boat crashed into a Dania Beach bridge piling Friday, authorities said.
Officials identified the victims as 50-year-old Marcella Hewett and 58-year-old David Duda on Saturday.

Carolyn Jones, 62, of Crescent City, was traveling southbound on U.S. 17 around 6 p.m. She hit the man while he walked across the highway at the intersection of Horse Landing Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol report.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
FHP did not say whether Jones would face any charges.
A Metairie man died after his 12-foot boat capsized in the waters off Pensacola, Fla. The Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission say Brent Keller, 24, and a companion, Brent Wilson, 20, of Pensacola, floated for hours after waves inundated their boat Thursday about 4:15 p.m.
A spokesman for the wildlife commission stated that both men put on life jackets. But no other boats were in the area, and they had no flares or radio equipment.
A 32-year-old bicyclist was struck by a van and killed Thursday evening in Putnam County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
State troopers said Nathan Stuckey, of Georgetown, was riding southbound on County Road 309, south of Whitey Lane, within the lane of travel about 6:10 p.m.
Troopers said Stuckey had no lighting equipment or a safety helmet, and because of the dark roadway, the driver of the van, 47-year-old Pamela Robertson, of Crescent City, failed to see him until it was too late.
