A crash occured on North Main Street and Tallmadge Avenue that took the life of a motorcyclist in his early 30s. Details about the crash have not been released. The accident is still under investigation.

One woman was killed after crashing her car into the back of disabled vehicle sitting on the side of the highway in Summit County on Saturday just before 11:30 p.m. on I-77 southbound. A 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche driven by 58-year-old Richard W. Fort Jr., of Maryland, was parked on the right shoulder. A second vehicle, a 2006 Buick Rendezvous driven by Denise McNerney, 54, of Mayfield Heights, was driving southbound on I-77. McNerney was driving on the shoulder of the roadway when she crashed into the rear of Fort's parked vehicle.

High school senior Sara Weikert, 18, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 57 in Orrville. Weikert was driving a 2002 Dodge Stratus south on Route 57 when she crashed head-on with another car. Linford Falb, 67, of Orrville, was driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra northbound. He was flown to Akron City Hospital. His current condition is not currently being reported. The Ohio State Highway Patrol Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.

A fatal crash in Richland County Thursday night killed Rhonda Parman, 51. She was driving eastbound on Possum Run Road when she drove left of the centerline at the top of a hill and collided with a pick-up truck driven by 21-year-old Kyle Tingley. Parman was taken to Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital where she later died.  Law enforcement officers say alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the collision. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

A man was driving on Mentor Avenue when he swerved suddenly and struck another vehicle which was traveling the same direction. The man's vehicle then crossed the roadway and went into the parking lot of a local flower shop, hitting the building. He was rushed to a local medical center but was pronounced dead. The driver's identity has not yet been released.

Three people were killed around 9 am Saturday morning on US 30, near the village of Minerva. after a car and school bus crashed during freezing weather near Minerva. 16-year-old Savannah Russell lost control of her vehicle on the icy road and struck a school bus. Russell was pronounced dead at the crash scene. Storm Angione, 19 of Paris, Ohio and A'llyia Hancock, 18 of Minerva were in the vehicle with Russell. Angione and Hancock were also pronounced dead at the site. The school bus driver suffered minor injuries, but luckily no students on the bus were injured.

An SUV struck pedestrian John S. Lennhoff, 47 of Seville Township on Greenwich Road around 7:45 p.m, killing the man on Friday night. A Kia SUV was traveling eastbound on Greenwich Road, near Guilford Road. The SUV came over a hill and struck a pedestrian who was walking in the roadway. The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the collision. The SUV was carrying the driver, Joseph M. Belle, age 61 of Seville Towship, and three passengers.

A female driver was killed in an auto accident on U.S. Route 62 in Canton Friday morning at around 5:47 a.m. Two westbound cars collided, and one overturned, trapping its driver, 61-year-old Donna M. Boals. She was freed by Canton firefighters and transported to Mercy Medical Center, but died of her injuries at the hospital. More information will be provided once it becomes available.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a Fairview Park woman who was killed in a car crash in Cleveland. Jessica L. Ross, 33, was involved in an accident Thursday night near Fire Station No. 39 on Lorain Avenue. Ross was taken to Fairview Hospital in critical condition, where she died the next morning. Check back for further information as it becomes available.

A female driver died after her vehicle collided with a Mentor school bus carrying 11 high school students on Thursday. No one on the bus was injured. The car of Jennifer T. Cribbs, 62, and the bus crashed at 6:38 a.m. at Johnny Cake Ridge and Garfield roads. It has not yet been determined which driver was at fault. Cribbs, of Mentor, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, where she died. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call Mentor police at 440-974-5760.
