Canton crash kills one on U.S. 62

Canton Police report that alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
A female driver was killed in an auto accident on U.S. Route 62 in Canton Friday morning at around 5:47 a.m. Two westbound cars collided, and one overturned, trapping its driver, 61-year-old Donna M. Boals. She was freed by Canton firefighters and transported to Mercy Medical Center, but died of her injuries at the hospital. More information will be provided once it becomes available.
