Details on the crash itself are limited, but it has been reported that on August 20, 2014, a car driven by Jones rolled off of Colockum Road, ejecting Underwood and coming to rest on top of her, leaving her to be pronounced dead at the scene. Jones is now facing a charge of vehicular homicide.

Town of Tonawanda Police say 37-year-old Jamie LaChance was killed in a rollover accident that shut down a portion of the I-290 East for about three hours Tuesday. Police say LaChance was driving near the Elmwood exit around 3 PM when he lost control of his car, crossing all lanes of traffic. They say his car went into the median and likely rolled several times before coming to a stop. LaChance was thrown from his car and died at the scene. Investigators had to close down a lane as they conducted their investigation, causing backups along the I-290 East well into rush hour.

A 58-year-old Huson man died in a rollover crash on Interstate 90 just west of Alberton. The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was eastbound at about 6:30 p.m. Monday when he drove off the left side of the road into the median. The man overcorrected back onto the roadway and lost control of the car, which rolled through the median and came to rest in the westbound lanes. Missoula County Sheriff's Capt. Rob Taylor says Jeffery Porter was thrown from his car and died at the scene. The crash closed the interstate for over two hours.

A man was killed following a three-vehicle crash in Marion County Thursday afternoon. Troopers from the Marion post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the crash at about 2:30 p.m. on Pole Lane Road, south of Patten Pike, in Marion Township. According to troopers say a 2004 Ford Expedition, driven by Sarah El McDonald, 30, of Caledonia, was traveling north on Pole Lane Road behind a 2011 Ford Focus. A the same time, a 1977 BMW R75/7 motorcycle, driven by Alfred T. Deitrich, 69, of Marion, was traveling south on Pole Lane Road.

The Saunders County Sheriff's Office says 50-year-old Steven J. Jedlicka of Schuyler was killed in the Thursday morning accident near Valparaiso. The sheriff says Jedlicka was driving the pickup when it crashed into an East Butler School bus. They say the pickup rolled and Jedlicka was ejected. Two passengers in the pickup were seriously injured. All three were taken to Bryan West in Lincoln. Jedlicka was pronounced dead at the hospital. The names of the two passengers are not being released at this time. None of the eleven students in the bus or the bus driver were seriously injured.

Miami Police say a three-year-old who was thrown from a car Tuesday evening was not restrained when the accident happened. A three-year-old child was thrown from the SUV involved in this accident and later died. According to the accident report, the Tahoe, driven by Kayden's sister, Kierra Lee, 19, failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign which caused a crash with a silver Cadillac. Police said if the child had been properly restrained in a car seat, he would not have been thrown from the car and most likely would have survived the crash with his sister.

Former Auburn University football star Philip Lutzenkirchen reportedly died in a car accident on Sunday. Georgia State Patrol say that 22-year-old Joseph Ian Davis and 23-year-old Philip Lutzenkirchen were killed in the accident, which occurred at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Upper Springs Road and Lower Springs Road in Troup County in Georgia. State Patrol officers say that the 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe, that Davis was driving, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection.

Police are investigating the death of a woman from Cahokia after she crashed her vehicle Saturday afternoon. Authorities say Brittany Allred, 25, was driving northbound on North Liberty Road in Jarvis Township near Troy, Illinois when her Ford Explorer veered off the road and hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll over multiple times. Police have not determined how Allred lost control of her vehicle, but they do say she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. She suffered blunt force trauma to her head, chest, and abdomen.

A 6-year-old West Finley boy was killed Wednesday night when he was ejected from a Jeep on Interstate 70 in Buffalo Township, police said. Dominic Rush was a passenger in a Jeep that lost control just east of the Taylorstown exit in Washington County at approximately 7:30 p.m., police said. The driver lost control, left the passing lane and traveled 342 feet in the median before the car rolled over on its roof. Dominic was ejected and pinned under the Jeep. Witnesses lifted the Jeep and removed the boy, police said. The driver was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital by a helicopter.
