A slew of accidents added to motorists' difficulties Tuesday during a morning commute in bitterly cold temperatures.
In the Cleveland area, multiple accidents affected traffic near the Innerbelt. Around 8:45 a.m. on the Innerbelt South West after I-77, a vehicle hit a median wall and blocked the left lane.
Around 7:45 a.m., an accident on I-90 East also blocked the right shoulder before the Innerbelt North ramp.
In Brooklyn around 9 a.m., multiple cars spun out on I-480 West between Ridge and Tiedeman roads.
