UPDATE: Police Release Name of Fatal Crash Victim
According to authorities, 21-year-old Sanjoe Douangchampa was driving the car. Henderson along with two others were passengers inside Douangchampa's car. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to an area hospital and is expected to be ok.
